2022 UTS Dinner Dance and Ukrainian of the Year Presentation Date is Set.

Ukrainian of the Year
Each year the Society selects a recipient(s) to receive the UTS Ukrainian of Year award. The society recognizes people of local, national and international stature who have contributed to the Ukrainian community, scholarship or other achievement in a significant way.
Criteria for the award include:

Criteria for the award include:
- Technological or professional accomplishments
- Contribution to perpetuation of Ukrainian heritage
- Humanitarian achievement
Eligibility:
- The award can be presented to any individual, Ukrainian or not, residing within or outside the territory of the UTS, provided that the individual is willing to publicly acknowledge the award.
- Solicitations for Ukrainian of the year are solicited around September of every year, and voted on by the UTS Executive Board. The award is presented at the UTS annual dinner-dance in November.
