The Society has a general assembly early in each year open to both members and the Ukrainian community at large. Only verified members may vote, however, in any proceedings that require a quorum vote at the assembly. Discussions are held about the Society’s accomplishments and suggestions taken for other activities, etc. Other issues important to the Ukrainian community are often discussed as well.
